BYOB Service Instructions:

1. After you fill out and submit a form, please checkout the unit type needed. Once the order is received, you will receive an email with our PO Box information to where you can ship your bundles. All hair needs to be received at least ONE WEEK after order placement.
2. Please make sure your package has your FIRST and LAST name on it, it needs to be the SAME name as your order.
3. ALL HAIR LENGTHS MUST BE LABELED IF THE HAIR IS NOT NEW! (Please send enough hair to make a FULL wig)…HOWEVER, WE RECOMMEND SENDING IN NEW BUNDLES!
4. ALL LACE OPTIONS MUST BE NEW! THIS IS REQUIRED!
